Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is most well-known as the lead vocalist and frontwoman of the rock band The Pretty Reckless. An extremely talented person, she began her journey into the entertainment industry at the young age two. The life she lived was described as an up and down ride, with constant commitments to work from an early age. A gorgeous young woman who hails from Missouri, who was brought up Roman Catholic but is now non-believer, says she no longer believes in any religion. She is descended from ethnic Germans who came from the "then" Russian Empire. When she began her professional career as a child acting, she branched out into music and modeling. The character she played as Jennifer Humphrey from the "Gossip girl" show has made her a household word and the smash debut album of her group--'Light Me Up'--gained her fame in the music world. She is multi-faceted, but she has stated that music is what she loves to do. This is the reason she has stopped acting to pursue her career in music.
